Description
The Practitioner certification recognizes individuals who have demonstrated practical mastery of Decision Quality principles and proven experience in applying structured decision-making in real-world contexts. Practitioners not only understand core concepts, tools, and frameworks, but consistently use them to inform complex decisions, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and deliver meaningful outcomes. They are capable of designing and leading decision processes, tailoring methods to context, and advancing the practice of decision analysis within their organizations.
